Orange County. Rear-end motor vehicle collision. The Plaintiff was rear-ended on the freeway. He complained of neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain. Plaintiff had an extensive and complicated medical history with prior shoulder and knee surgeries and epidural steroid injections to the cervical spine. He was in active treatment for neck, shoulder, and knee pain at the time of the collision. After the collision, he was recommended for cervical fusion at 2 levels but several years passed without the Plaintiff obtaining the surgery.
